Nov 10th Kids Vote! Movie Night: PTO will be hosting its annual Kids Vote! Movie Night this coming Sunday, November 10th at IAR. Event check-in will be at 5:30 pm in front of the school inshaAllah. Ticket purchases will open up on the PTO website this evening. Please look out for the email later on today which will include further details, and a link to make your purchases.
Nov 11th Veterans Day (no school): There will be no school on Monday, November 11th
Nov 12th - 15th Scholastic Book Fair: Our Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the IAR Library. The hours will be M-Th, 2:30-3:30 pm, and Fridays, 2-3 pm. Please look out for the Book Fair email for further details.
Nov 15th Free Dress Day: Friday, November 15th will be the last Friday this month, so students are welcome to come out of uniform, so long as the minimum dress code requirements are met, which are full length pants, closed-toed shoes, and at least t-shirt length for sleeves. 5th grade girls and up are still expected to observe the hijab with long sleeve shirts.
Nov 21st Lunch Provided by Shaath Family: On Thursday, November 21st principal Reham and her family will be providing lunch for the entire school. Zabihah hamburgers will be served to all students, insha Allah. The Shaath family is hosting this lunch on behalf of their mother (Allah yarhama). We ask Allah to grant the sadaqa of this lunch to the Shaath family’s dear mother, and that Allah accepts her into the highest level of jannah insha Allah, ameen.
Nov 22nd Parent Teacher Conference (no school): There will be no school due to our Parent Teacher Conference day. If your student(s) require a teacher's meeting, we will reach out directly via email to schedule an appointment. Appointments can be made through Sycamore. If you need help logging into your sycamore account please contact the office.
Nov 25th - 29th Thanksgiving Break (no school): School campus will be closed during the week of Thanksgiving.
